Hi Guys,

Just sold my Discovery so thought I'd thanks you all for your help over the past couple of years.

All the posts on here have been a great help.

I was sorry to see the Series 2 V8 go but wasn't sad to see my fuel gauge now going down much slower.

Don't laugh but have bought a Kia Sorento 2.5 Diesel XS , did test drive a newer Disco TD5 ES on an 04 plate but after having the V8 it just didn't do it for me.

Thanks again for all your help, you never know I may be back in the future when the Series 3 get a bit cheaper.

You will be back. I sold my Range Rover to get a M**deo. Cant believe how much I missed my old bus - getting a new one this week.

I'm sure I will be back at some time or other, although I must admit I do like the 30+ MPG I'm currently getting.

I'll give you a shout when the going get's too rough for the Kia and maybe I can scrounge a tow.!!

aye, get a tdi and come back to us.

i was glad to see the back of my v8 RR classic. filling up twice a week was not funny.
