Hi Please help me out, I need to find a good landy wizard who can diagnose my landy fault.Hopefully anywhere near horndean hans would really help.Idealy I don't want a main dealer,i would prefer an avid landrover mechanic if possible please

Normally the fine gentleman on Landyzone are experts at diagnosing faults through telepathy alone but on this occasion half can't be arsed and the other half are too ****ed to use their psychic powers. I personally have left my crystal ball at work and whilst I could ask my dog he's busy out back taking a ****.

If you tell us what the problem is though we can try and help

Hi Well when your dog comes back from taking a **** ,could you ask him to please look at my other posts I put on yesterday re the grinding noise coming from my landy.And give the dog a bone aswell :blabla:

Ah ok, seen your posts. I showed rogue them (that's my dog) but he just stared blankly at my phone then started throwing a ball around. Either he wasn't interested or he can't read. Or both

If you have a look in the freelander section someone did a good land rover garage thread. Have a scroll through that and you might find a good independent in your area

I just had an idea,if I disconnect both drive shafts from the transfer box and then started her up,put her in gear would that work ?Unsure if there would be oil spurting all over my drive ? I thought that would narrow down the problem,then I would know that the transfer and gearbox where ok ?

Please keep posts to one thread, you have two running, one for a mechanic and one for diagnosis which is fine but there's no need to double post on both

Not a problem it's just that if you duplicate posts on different threads that are asking different questions it gets confusing
