Hi Folks

Only had my P38 a week and it's having to go to the hospital.

Had some great help on the forums, but I haven't got the time to do he work so will have to get someone else to do it for me.

I'm in Airdrie, just outside Glasgow and would welcome any recommendations for local, trusty independents that I can drop my new baby off to!

Btw, general consensus is that it is a broken valve spring!

Whites is a good one in Georgie edinburgh if you can make it that far.

Thanks Kato...probably could, only concern is whether I might do more damage being on the M8 for 35 miles. Might have to risk it!

Theres a good independant in Cumnock, Ayrshire mate, Gibsons autos altho itd be a similar distance to drive as edinburger. Ive only used them once but was impressed with their setup and they know what they talkin about.

GEMM 4X4 in larbert near Falkirk
I'm very near you and use Gemm.
Used whites in the past and found them OK if a little pricey
