Hi all,
Got fed up looking at the half inch gap on my glove box, being a fussy git and like things to look right I thought I would have a look at adjusting the said gap. On the bottom hinges there are 2 Allen key grub screws which I loosened right off then took a look at the top two catches, if you get on your knees and look up at the catches in the glove box frame their are two small recesses just by the side of the catches which house a small Philips screw, what I did was to start tightening each screw half a turn at a time and low and behold the gap got smaller and smaller, I assume by tightening the screws, pulled the catches in to reduce the gap. I kept tightening until I was happy with the gap and then retightend the 2 grub screws. I now have a nice tight fit with a gap of around 2/3 mm, looks so much better and only took around 30 mins to do. Hope this helps any one else with OCD like I have. Lol
