The driver of this vehicle collects tickets, then throws them on the ground and drives off. This has been going on since well before covid, is got to the point where the wardens continually now patrol the road, my wife got a ticket for being half hour past the time on her blue badge, shame as she'd got back from hospital and fell asleep. Regardless that the blue badge people told her it was okay to go over it, council computer disagrees . So this warden magnet is still there, am wondering if it's not actually registered to the guy driving it

No tax, no mot , no insurance, i wonder if the v5 is at nelson mandela house, peckham
"Vehicle structure corroded to the extent that the rigidity of the assembly is significantly reduced"
should be reported and the keeper prosecuted o_O

We are dealing with one of these on our road. Report it as untaxed to the DVLA, report it as uninsured on the Police web site and get the ref number, do that every time you see it on the road. You objective is to file so many reports that it become more of risk to the Police to do nothing. There's good chance they don't have a licence of use the mobile while driving, report that too.
You aim is to get it crushed before someone gets hurt. The problem in our road got bad because the vehicle was also being used for dealing drugs and the Police were doing nothing, now we have Zoom calls with the Police after we wrote to the Chief Constable and the Head of the Council and called them out. If you don't have one get a Neighbourhood Watch Schema set up. trust me, if you let this go you will have 10 more.

Well the plot thickened, last week it wasn't parked outside in it's usual spot, i vaguely wondered why and the alarm went off. In the next couple of days it was in all sorts of places in the road, alarm going off randomly in the middle of the night. Obviously not waking the owner. Got so bad I reported it to the police and was told it's being "dealt with on wednesday" by the council
Wednesday passed

After a very long and sleep deprived weekend at work, I heard the alarm yet again and stuck my head out. Note it as another parking ticket too

Book of matches, a coat hanger and a bag of crisps will sort that problem. Maybe some latex gloves anorl.
