Anyone suggest a good place in S.Wales to get a 4L Thor auto box repaired,I am near Carmarthen or anyone got a known good s/h unit for sale

Plenty of P38 type HP22 boxes on Ebay for little money.
If looking on Ebay go careful with a trader called Skitt.

Very much tongue in cheek I do understand a lot of Land Rover parts turn up a compound in the Forest of Dean. Allegedly some can be "Stolen to order".

do a 2nd hand part search on google. Most scrapyards now bid for business, and offer 3 or even 6 months warranty. I got a good Golf engine for my step-son this way.

but eBay is probably easiest.
