I removed oil coolant pipes from the oil cooler to check if it’s blocked. Question is should I be able to blow through the coolant pipes easily?

I m referring to the coolant side. Did oil side using a drill pump.Never tried but maybe the oil is too thick for blowing by mouth, have you tried using a compressor like a tyre inflator?
Thanks Nodge think it’s time for a new one before something get damaged.You should be able to blow or run hose water through the coolant side of the oil cooler. If you can't, it's blocked, which happens if rad sealer has been used, or the cooling system has been neglected in the past.

Yup i put a box in mine last year and did the cooler and kept the baseplate with the valve in it but yeh coolant wont circulate until the box is upto temperature,Hi Stu
