Think I posted this in the Land Rover forum by mistake.
New to this forum so please bear with me.
I have a first edition 4.6 HSE (95) that when started from cold comes up with the message Gearbox fault. Once warm it no longer comes up with that error message but the car struggles to give what would appear any real power (Esp when trying to pull up a hill)
Has anybody come up against this and is it the box or a ECU killing itself?
It had a flat battery a while ago so that was changed but I only reset the windows and roof. Do you think there is a chance the whole thing needed re programing?
