I'm looking for a Disco gearbox to fit my Landrover Defender 110, I'm not sure whether all Disco boxes can fit in

Welcome.
A disco box may fit but gear lever will be in the wrong place.

Gonna need a bit more info than that bud. Is the 110 a v8 200tdi 300tdi td5 age etc. And as said gearstick would be in wrong place on a disco box, but can be rebuilt to fit with correct parts, skill, £££ notes, or all of above

more common conversion is the transfer-box...
