after finding the correct size trox bit for the gear box i went to check the oil only to find some clown had been at it before me and plug is rouunded, so out came the screw extractor and the plug wont move its so tight that the extractor cant hold with the force, any ideas as to A how i can get it out without removing the gear box or B is it possable to get oil in anyother way? i was thinking is it possable to remove the gear stick drain the gearbox then pour the correct amount of oil in through the gear stick hole.

when under the car also found oil on the hand brake drum looks like its coming out from behind the uj is it possable to take the hand brake assy off and replace the seal at the back of the transfer box again i dont want to drop the gear box if i can get away with it

Get a torx drive bit.
Get a MIG.
Apply both to plug.
Attach wrench.
Job done
