Hi all, I recently had the misfortune of my clutch fork going. Luckily it was 100ft from my house and I could rally home. I was tempted to do it myself but have dodgy elbows so had to pay a garage. The job has been done. The problem I have now is My diff lock lever is in the wrong place i.e right back. I cannot move the lever to engage the lock or low range. What has the garage done? I started to panick just incase they had left the lock engaged so I jacked up one wheel and it rotates freely. Is their any adjustment in the linkage, could they have put it together wrong. I have rang them and they want it back for a couple of hours to have a look. Any advice would be great
Thanks Mark

Take it back and insist on watching while they sort it out so you can see what they do

They said they would sort it. I cant imagine what they could have done? Surely they would have just disconnected the lever when they moved the gearbox back. Does anyone know what they could have fooked up? Not going to this garage anymore, I had to complain about the state they left the inside of my landy. The muppets sat on my fabric seats with greasy overalls. So its getting valeted as well.
