Hi Chaps sorry for late replies been very busy. Yes it the Bluetooth.!used 3 times still in box. Not sure about posting out of the Uk under current duties and problems I’m not sure it’s worth the risk. As far as I know the changeover is £25.00z

Oh the postage will be paid by me at first class registered signed for. I bought it for a few suspension issues saved me nearly 600 pound. I got myself a proper Landrover kit of a retired fitter so it’s sat in the garage drawer. The price is going through the roof at the minute some at 450-500 with new duties, hope this helps.
