The bit i mean is inside the B pillar frame is peice with 2 holes that the door bolts go through, in this is a liner that the bolts go through - i think it is plastic but not sure. there is movement in these liners.

Might be best for me post a pic.

One final point to T wash - should i etch prime after t wash or just normal primer...

cheers for the advise!

If i remember there is a plate with nuts welded to it for the door hinge bolts that comes out, if there are tubes im sure there not plastic

To remove unbolt at bulkhead, bolts through the floor and at top of b post to roof, and c post is two bolts and some rivets, also seat belts etc

if any galvo clogs a hole drill out

i T washed and etch primed and primed and top coat

see attached pic describing the part i mean, from what i can gather its is all part of the B pillar upright (must be pressed in during manufacturing).
Inside the wholes are 2 bolt liners of unknown material...

sorry i might be being a girl here...
the side holes are tapped (m6 i think) which i can plug to protect. the holes the arrow is meant to point to is for the door hinge bolts. Now these holes are un tapped (i,e there is a nut to go on the side you can see). This hole which is about 40mm deep has liner that can move to give adjustability i guess is made of nylon i think (and hence will melt!).

Anyway that all said i think i have no choice but to plug said hole with a bolt and hope for the best!
