They are correct in saying the fuse box is a serviceable item - i.e. it should be 'replaced' every five years.

In all matters BECM I will bow to Rick's incredible knowledge, he has been amazingly helpful to myself and a few others that I know..
However I think that five years is a bit harsh for the fusebox.

The fuse box can be repaired if you have the knowledge, skill and equipment to do the job as long as the circuit board is not too badly burnt.
