Yeah, your breather in the rocker cover is blocked, replace it ASAP or you'll blow the turbo and possibly the engine.

Parts are only about £25 and will take 20 mins to replace.

It was drilled to let the engine breathe.

Put the old one back on till you get the new breather or you'll cause damage.
