Where is it blowing? If it's the manifold to down pipe, be careful!!! The studs on the manifold will be near impossible to remove, and the thread and nut will be corroded badly so if you take it off, might be a pain to sort out, as you can't buy a new manifold (should be able to get second hand, but they are likely to have the same issues.
A cheap bodge is to buy exhaust heat wrap, and wrap the joints. However, there could be a hole in the system elsewhere, or, I suspect if it happens in stop start traffic, I suspect the joint between down pipe and mid section is leaking, iirc the joint is somewhere below the cab, so they could be comming up there ???
To actually fix it, could try taking the bolts out and putting new in, or tighten what's there is if they are in alright condition, could buy new ( I think a Britpart exhaust is £55 for the 3 sections) or you could go down the bodge route, heat wrap, or, I think there's something called gumgum, that comes as a tape or like body filler
