It's running g like a dream .
I went on to replace the maf sensor which made no difference at all to be honest and was beginning to worry. Next step was the turbo boost solenoid and have to say as soon as I stripped it down I had a feeling it was the problem. Lots of surface rust on the sensor itself. Cleaned and made it good as possible and ordered a new one. From the moment I refitted the cleaned sensor it has been perfect.
So many options to fix the same fault . Perseverance is the key.
Thanks for the help guys

Back again guys . Landy has been running great and in full use at work bur daft incidents have made me take it off the road for a refurb. I pulled the handle off the back door was incident number 1 then smashed the rear window loading logs at work for home and camping trips. An MOT due so seemed a good time to start a refurb.
I've watched a thread by stance and going to turn it into a van.
I will be starting with brakes and suspension from next weekend so will be seeking info and advice.
