Has your 109 always been a diesel as if it's been converted to a diesel it will probably still have its petrol stack pipe which is shorter than a diesel stack pipe.Hello fellow series owners....
Quiet a simple question really but cant seem to find the information anywhere.
I have a 1983 ex mod 109 with a fuel tank under each seat.
I'm wondering what the capacity of each tank is???
I'm trying to work out my range running on Veg oil
Thanks in advance.

it used to be a petrol yes. But what’s a stack pipe?
As I said, flog the oil and buy diesel with the profit"Did" I think most have long gone, but you can get them on e-bay. Its not a good place for a veg oil strainer, you need one you can get to at the road side.
You really need to be centrifuging the oil if you have any doubts:

I just don't think the pay back is there at 2k miles/yr.
Think This maybe the way to go!As I said, flog the oil and buy diesel with the profit
