i filled up to with derv and now the fuel pump is making a nasty wine noise any ideas?

Hey up... I've just picked up a new whining noise on my motor but that was a result of too much water this afternoon at Parkwood 4x4 (Tong). Oops!
Anyway, take a look at this thread as I had problems with mine when I got it and it ended up being the air flow meter. The garage had replaced the fuel pump first but it didn't do anything, so taking a look at that might be worth a try...
