I had put this topic in wrong place
I have a 2008 defender
Took fuel tank of as kept stopping and lack of power
Found crap in tank but far as I can work out no pump am I being thick or is it somewhere else
wqb100430 on the White unit but there's no pump
Only two wires going to it
All the info tells me that the pump is in tank ?
But I'm 90% shore it's not
Help please

Try asking on here mate, there's more info on the tdci's DEFENDER2.NET - Index
If i'm not mistaken the fuel pump is a high pressure engine driven pump same as most modern diesels.

High pressure pump is under inlet manifold near side of engine

Is there no lift pump then
