Hi guys. I have lots of fuel leaking and pooling around the injectors in my 2003 TD4 Freelander. It starts and runs perfectly. I’ve changed the plastic T pieces for brass ones, but still fuel pools around the injectors and spills down the engine at an alarming rate. Any ideas, please?

Can you see where it's originating from?
It could be coming up from the cylinders, if the copper seals have failed. Which injectors are affected?

Because the engine starts and runs perfectly I can only assume it’s from the low pressure side as surely if it was leaking from the hp system the engine wouldn’t run as well as it is. Can’t tell at this stage where it’s coming from but it is a lot of fuel! The guy who sold it to me said he’d had the injectors out and pressure washed them. Surely if fuel was leaking past the copper seating washer the engine would be losing compression and wouldn’t run properly?
