seg Member May 28, 2013 #1 Hi today my fuel flap all of a sudden wont close very tightly and it doesnt fit flush with the car. The pin retracts ok and i still have the little plastic catch on the flap. Any suugestions? thanks tony

thebiglad Well-Known Member May 28, 2013 #2 You need a new plastic clip and/or the piece of metal the holds the clip needs bending in slightly towards the pin. Dave
