Hi,
The fuel inlet hose came loose off on my Defender TD5 and as a result I left a Hansel and Gretel like trail of fuel behind me until I noticed it - there was just enough to keep the engine running until I got back. I pushed it back in and have secured the hose at both ends with cable ties just in case. Started up and there doesn't seem to be a leak anymore. I may have knocked it when removing the acoustic cover, can't be sure, but either way is merely refitting it sufficient I should i look at replacing something - apologies for any ambiguity!
