Hi.
When i was greasing my prop-shafts I've found that the front one is about one-quarter turn, loose:(. There is noticeable "knock" when puling off and when i release clutch too fast.
I bought that Disco (300tdi manual) not long ago, and previous owner didn't know what mods are on it. But it's looks like 5" lift.
After little research on this forum, i think I need wide angle propshaft.
Should that help and fix my problem or do I need check front diff and transfer box too?
Can someone tell me how much is it lifted?
there is a photo when i bought it:

thanks.

dont look like a 5 inch lift to me! and it just sounds like ur propshaft UJ is knackered. replace it.

thanks.
do You think that new UJ is enough?
Will the same problem come back without wide angle prop?

well if you think ur disco is lifted then wide angle props are recommended. be great if you could take a pic of ur front propshaft in situ so we can see the angle it is at. but ye a new UJ should be the solution.
