I started to strip down the passenger side front hub assembly on my landrover 90 and got as far as removing the locknuts and lock washers the next step should be to just slide thee hub assembly and disk off but it won't budge. I've found that the wheel bearing has broken down but the assembly will still spin just won't pull off, has anyone ever come across this before or has anyone got a solution to this?

My mate had a bearing break up and it "welded" itself to the stub axle. Very carefully cut it with a 4inch grinder and split it off with a hammer and chisel.

Yes the calliper is off all that is left on is the brake disk and hub and I've been told this should slide off with minimal effort.

Put A drive flange on inside out with longer bolts and use as a puller then hit with a hammer, though I have had them welded on and used a gas axe to cut the lot off !!!
