Now I realise what I’m about to propose will be considered sacrilege and heresy but it’s just an idea that popped into my head.

I’ve seen an advert on Facebook where someone was selling their D2 and they advertised it with having a sport style front grill (the one with the holes) and was wondering which grill would do the job and how much of a pain in the ass it would be to change. Any help or advise would be appreciated,
Thanks in advance.

Easy enough to remove the grille, but a lot of people do is just drill their own holes. The main thing would be to make sure you mark where you're going to drill and ensure it's all evenly spaced etc. I was planning on doing it with mine, but after the grille was cut to accommodate the winch, I didn't really see much point.

That’s not a bad idea to be fair, saves a lot of messing about I imagine.
Cheers for that, now where’s my drill...........

You can buy them they are called safari grills, if you can find one they will cost you big£££. My one is home made using industrial quality stainless steel.

Yes if you know what your doing, if not buy a spare grill and you can try the different mods without screwing up your original.
