Tried to remove my front bumper today ready to prime it tomorrow. Undone the wire clips each side that locate the plastic profile rail in place undone the two torx bolts and used a rubber mallet but it wouldn't budge an inch. So probably gonna take fogs out and mask up the car and spray it on the car.
Did it drop down at the front off the locating pins when you took bolts out, mine was pretty well stuck on the sliders each side first time took mine off.

Trouble with those plastic slider blocks is that they get caked with mud & ****e and really hold the bumper from sliding off.
When you do remove the bumper, give the blocks and rails a good going over with a wire brush and coat them with plenty of grease before refitting....it will fly back on.

I took mine off yesterday, wouldn't budge so used a tyre lever between the top edge of the bumper and the radiator mounting frame and it came right off. Have now cleaned the nylon blocks so should come off again if needed.

OMG HOW easy was that that's the beauty of the wealth of knowledge on here last night I lubricated the slider blocks with some silicone spray. Took the advice that the bumper needed to drop before you could move it. Three gentle taps downward on the top of the bumper and it dropped then it slid off like a hot knife through butter. Lets hope once I've painted it, that it goes back on just as easy.
Thanks guys for your input.
