Hi all , i have a 300 tdi p reg, the front bumper is rotten the lady i bought the disco from, has managed to hit every corner, sheeez. Anyway i would like to replace, the plastic are buggered too, can you buy a totally metal bumper that doesnt need all the plastic nonsense on it?

yes - search "HD" bumper, "tubular" bumper, "winch" bumper etc.

try google image search first, and then youll see whats available.
