As I understand it, you need two types of U-Bolt for the front axle. The vehicle I have is a SWB Diesel.

The suppplier I used supplied 1x #569028 and 3x #543108. As I understand it, 569028 is supposed to be flat topped, and the others a perfect semi-circle. These four bolts came from packets labeled with the right numbers. However, the one that is supposed to be part #569028 looks exactly the same as the others. Am I missing something here?

Also, am I correct that for the rear axle I need 4x #242147?

The flat tops were superseded by the round ones if that's what you're asking!

What I was asking is if the same part number could refer to both a flat-topped and round topped bolt.

When I removed the old bolts they were all round-topped.

If you've got the blue brand ones, they both look round topped, but the bolt itself will be longer to account for the thicker axle at that point.

Yes I do have Britpart ones, and you are right that one is longer than the others.
