Hi All,

Although British born and bred I find myself living in Saudi (4 years so far), however, that doesn't stop me buying stuff on evilBay!

The current Land Rover line up is:

1971 S2A Marshalls Ambulance - destined for "please work".
1969 S2A SWB Truck Cab - destined for significant mods.

Sure to be asking questions

It's been an unusually wet and long Winter in Riyadh but it's been heating up this last month, 11am here and 42deg at the moment

I worked in the power plant at the university one time it was 52 degrees in there humidity was very low though, its on my list of places that if I ever get chance to go there again...
I won't.

I did 6 years in Saudi of which 1 week was in Riyadh, paid off the mortgage and got the hell out.
If it's enjoyable, in Saudi it's illegal...

Thanks for the welcome chaps, as for Saudi ...... you only last out here if you have fairly low standards and expectations, but as a means for paying off the mortgage early I doubt there is anywhere better also give me a bit of Land Rover free cash flow!
