well i gone and done it now i gone and won a defender 200 tdi on ebay so i have to sell the gaylander.

here is the speck for her!

93 L reg defender 200tdi pickup recently rebuilt on a new marsland galvanised chassis (comes with original reciept),at the same time all brake lines were replaced with new copper and extended braided hoses,the majority of nuts and bolts were replaced with stainless steel
at the same time new borg and beck clutch fitted,heavy duty clutch fork,and timing belt and tensioner replaced with a gates power grip belt
recent new spray job in satin nato green
about 11.5 month mot(passed just before christmas no advisories),no tax allthough can tax at buyers expense
new 35/12.5/r15 bfg km2 tyres on new 15x10 modulars,done at the most 200 mile
new ashcroft rear half shafts with about 4 year warrenty left and still got reciept,new 4 pin rear diff bought from crown diffs also got reciept,h/d drive flanges allround
x eng disc handbrake conversion,just had new disc and back plate
new wide angle props front and rear
new heavy duty steering arms
bearmach +2" springs and terrafirma + 5 shocks,galv front turrets,new adrenaline 4x4 cranked arms and 3 deg correction front arms
new poly bushes all round
new brake discs fitted on the front and good brakes all round
8mm steel tapered front bumper,h/d rock slders/sill protection and heavy duty rear corners
load are checkerplated
new doors fitted and new dash
all oils and filters changed just before christmas
headlights conversion to crystal bowls and xenon bulbs

engine original 200tdi,done 124k,good strong engine pulls very well and doesnt smoke,original lt77 box in good working order (got the usuall lt77 notchy second gear) but otherwise good smooth box.

I did the same three years ago, never looked back.

Nice looking 90. Have fun.

Fender is miles better than a gaylander. I have a 110 and my missus a new Gaylander - The 110 Fender wins hands down on every count apart from comfort, speed, fuel economy, reliability, build quality and rust.......apart from that the Fender is magic...... :)
