I am yes, so obviously slightly biased 
Seriously though I love off roading so any decent site would get my vote, there are not enough of them!! Its really hard to get the balance right between making it challenging and fun but also keeping it safe and suitable for everyone. Tong sometimes gets criticised for having too many rules but the cost of public liability insurance and the problems keeping planning departments from closing you down means that unfortunately in this age of Health & Safety and compensation culture you really do have to run a tight ship.
Someone above complained about 'idiots in wrecks' at Kirton, we had the same issues at Tong and had to bring in stricter rules to keep these loonies out, they spoil it for everyone else and also can really damage the terrain which someone then has to repair.
