Fuel filter yes, oil filter today - rain stopped play -. Now the bloody EAS valve (inlet I think) has stopped letting air from the compressor into the main tank. I took the compressor apart to check it and out put pressure is still high, I used Nanocom to see if I could open / close the valves but no joy on the inlet valve. I didn't want to try the exhaust incase it emptied out the tank. Our local garage has an air line that goes up to 140psi :-D

Luckily I have tee'd in a valve so I can pump up the tank then set the ride height to motorway and remove the underseat relay. It will get us home, it's 750 miles of motorway anyway hahahaha.
 
What are the nrv's like? Are they in good nick? I had replaced mine when i did my block last year. Something else on the list !!!:confused::p
 
I had 2 full blocks and found a broken NRV in my original block, so I took them all out and checked them all and then played mix'n'match with what I had. One block's NRV's were about 2mm shorter than the other blocks NRV's. Very hard to get hold of now though. I'm not dismantling any more until I get back home where I have a second car as my backup!
 
I've *almost* had a Basil Fawlty with it I can tell you! But tee-ing into the tank filling air line is a life saver. The 4 shcraeder valves onto each airbag is ok but too much mucking about.

Back to chainsawing tree's and hedge line's today, caught some hidden chicken wire yesterday - wang! chain ripped off. All ok but more to do :D
 
Holy crap you really do need a mini-pelle!! I think by the time you've gone through enough tools it may work out about even with the quote to clear it all?:p...
And you would still have the first chainsaw before the cleaning up started:eek::D
 
I do need a mini pelle. 2 days tops all will be done, but one's Francais is not good enough to barter with the Gallic shrug with "hmmmmmm deux mille euro Rosbeef" hahahaha

They don't barter on hire prices and they are expensive:( I bought my own mini pelle, had it for 15 years now, it's pretty knackered but I couldn't manage the place without it, I regularly have to clear the river of debris & fallen trees.:D:D
 
I'm a good mini-pelle myself, much better since my knee has re-located after ones surgeon made a faux-pas and left the inside joint dislocated for 18months. I'm pretty good with a scythe now...
