Always dubious of this, but after watching uk county court video's where they beat the system.

1) Is this because the judge failed to follow the procedure correctly and it would have been a legal nightmare to resolve?

2)There common law legally a way to opt out of statute law?

sadly 9 outta 10 cases are dropped on technicalities i.e wrong paperwork or witnesses not turning up,this way the court system does not set a president to avoid making way for other cases to follow.
The guys who follow this through have a lot of dedication one word out of line i.e answering to your legal title and not your given name it is interesting stuff.
Common law is the real law of the land, acts are not legal
its an illusion!

brave, very brave

I have various things on one of my websites and the key point is not entering into a contract or submitting to their jurisdiction.

Regarding Mr policeman (professional interrogator/revenue collection agent)

Tell them nothing and answer a question with a question- no you don't have a responsibility or duty to understand caution.

So what website's are these?

i have read and am reading more and more conspiracy theory stuff of late and the one common thread is how the common people of this world are "sheltered" from the truth
and there is a group who ever they are running 80% of this world for there own benefit and there servants are petrified of the truth coming out and the people taking control of there own lives.
But the awakening is happening and would have happened in this country sooner if Thatcher hadn't smashed the unions or if the internet was available 20 yrs earlier.

LazyDog for me it is a concept at the moment-how it progresses we will see.

Could it be a revolution like when you found out Santa is fiction?

But is it procedural errors at county courts that are too costly to pursue or more?

As you didn't apply for birth certificate and are now an adult-surely if they are correct the birth certificate is voidable contract between yourself and the state?

Curiosity really!

Fanatic.... I once thought of you as an ass...

Now I see you are an imaginative one! :)

concept or project even if you walk away after and do nothing it will be an education,
from the threads of yours i have read on here I would say you have an open mind and are not blindly lead.
None of this would have been possible without the internet the best research tool out,ya just have to sort the wheat from the chaff.
If that is your site good on ya!

State case:- " Shut yer gob, you're in the ****!" was held to have been an acceptable caution!!!

Whats to not understand??? :D

Evening MR POLICEMAN

Seriously though Saying nothing and not understanding anything=bide your time and off you go:D

Just interested in concept of freeman.

Evening all!! :D

Only time you have to give your name, address and DOB is when you are behind the wheel of a car.

If you are spoken to in relation to a minor offence, say littering or a passenger in a vehicle, not wearing a seat belt for example its best to give your name, address and DOB to avoid arrest.

If you haven't done anything and it's just a case of stop and account then you don't have to give your details. If that is the case then I don't really want to be wasting time with you, other than to have a chat and pass the time of day. Other than that I want to be talking to people who have done or are about to do stuff!!!

We just try to uphold the law! :D

MR POLICEMAN when you are upholding Common Law I am on your side!

When your applying statute law to a "LEGAL FICTION"
MR POLICE OFFICER-unless your discussing with me driving which I have agreed as a person to represent the "LEGAL FICTION of MR xyz" then we disagree.

Think Outside The Box » Society

So far I'm discussing a concept:p

Watch the video's- an interesting highlight of the facts.
