maybe a bit of advice, calm down a bit.

I've got a freelander myself, and take it green laning sometimes, plenty of lanes can be driven in a freelander.

sure there's some abuse on here, and you've risen to the bait and made yourself look a bit of a tit to be honest.

maybe a bit of humility, and get in touch with some of the users local to you and tag along. As has been stated before, let them know you have a freelander, not so they can mock you (although they might!) but so they can gauge the lanes accordingly.

It's always fun greenlaning, but not if you're stopping every 10 mins to pull your car out.

Never go alone, buy an OS map for the area local to you and start planning, maybe walk the lane first on foot.

I've recently bought an old Freelander and it wouldn't matter what you say or if it broke down every week from now till Christmas , I wouldn't swap for any thing you've got , it's easy to poke fun but for some not so easy to grow up and be magnanimous
