my 1999 xdi freelander wont start but then kicks in stop and it wont start got fully charged battery any idea

Hi, my names tagga1, I`m new to these boards, and hope to make friends among the freelander section.
I live in timbuctoo but will not tell you my rough location.
I do have a problem with my gaylander, that I hope I can get help with

bin on b 4 use a series 2 normaly gaylander work car lol but thanks for reply

it doesnt do anything then after several turns of key will try to start after a few more will kick in
