:).Can anyone recommend a good independant garage/workshop in or around Glasgow?.My V6 is 6 years old in November so it needs all timing belts replaced,has only done 40500 miles so can it wait?,or as with most things Freelander best done as soon as due.Has anyone had there belts replaced by LR main dealers recently,if so how much did they want to do them.Sorry for all the questions in the same thread but I'm getting more worried every time I read these and other forums,I did ask before on another post but no replies,please help!.

Thanks for that mate,just back from holiday,sorry for not replying sooner,will investigate closer to the end of the year when timing belts are due replacement(gulp!).PS,is your Freelander colour Alveston/Alvestone Red?,mines is.Posted pictures in the gallery tonight(I think),nice colour,second favourite after the light gold.:).

Naaaahhh some ugly bugger will kick you right in the balls ..... and then throw a bucket of water over you ...

Try London instead ... they just tow you away or shoot you 7 times in the face down the tube.
