Nodge68 Well-Known Member Jan 12, 2019 #2 I use 5w40 full synthetic myself, but 10w40 semi synthetic is also ok. A 30 grade is to light for an engine that's out of warranty.

Good to know, cheers mate it's approaching 150k now but engine is sweet so I'd like to get the best out of it if possible.
