Hi

i am new here and a single girly so forgive me :)

i need to get a replacement soft back for my Freelander but cant find any companies that do them on the web. Any ideas before i have to re-mortgage and go to Land Rover.

Also my friend has a three door Freelander and wants to know if a soft back can be fitted to her. Of course i have no idea -

Matches & Petrol is probably the best advice you'll get!! :) but failing that try ebay or a google search.

Awwww bastids :( :( :( :hug: useless fookers..... CCTV is so bloody usefull when you eat an apple the wrong way round :confused2: ......... and useless when summat like that gets stolen :(
 
Am going in Monday to see if Anyone has been seen going into it & if they can be id'd God help the fookers if they catch someone. Cos I int a happy bunny at the mo.
 
The softback will fit any three door. There's one listed in the classifieds of this months LROI magazine, for £300 :eek::eek:

The magazine's been out about a fortnight though, so it might have gone. Just in case, here's the details:

Page 220, Genuine Land Rover soft top for three door freelander, part no. STC7993 as new complete with fitting instructions £300.

shower protection cover £30, freelander crossbars £30
Based in Devon.

I've PM'd you the 'phone number to avoid a) allegations of spamming and b) to protect the sellers privacy.

Failing that, try good old ebay, paddocks, craddocks or duckworths.

I got one for £230 on ebay. There were two for sale & I should of got both of them as I know several owners who want them.

There are two kinds of soft tops for freelanders, the soft top and the shower cover.

They are for sale on Ebay, both kinds, the shower cover is less substantial than the soft top which has window panels etc.

ps I am looking for a plastic hinge for a shower cover if anyone has one please let me know.

Re Soft tp for freelander. I have a virtually new one that came with my freelander 3 door XDi and has been boxed up in my garage as I preferred the hard top.
