i was getting somewhere. And I finally have got it started. after bout 5 weeks over the road.
Another problem i had a few months ago was, I had my clutch bracket plate snap. this held the clutch ****ten leading to the clutch marater cylind. i think thats whatbit was called. well anyway that plate cracked there for loosing my clutch.
I then welded the bracket to repair it. then to stop it rusting I gave it a new coat of paint. when this gets bolted on 1 of the bolts has a wire on it.
little did i know this is where the earth from the battery is bolted on.
so The only thing I could put it down to is. a fresh bit of paint on 1 panel fasten to a rusty bit of steel fasten to a bran new starter motor. And that must not of let the electricity pass through.
I ground the new paint of the earth. I ground the end of my starter motor. And made a new steel bracket from where the starter motor bolts onto and the other end of this bracket I fastened straight to the clutch plate.
It sounds so simple now. But I must have spent 50 hours checking wires fuses and relay. not thinking it was the steel not passing electric through.
But.happy it's working now.
Just gota tidy all the wires back up now.
