Just bought this nudge bar (£40 eBay) and stripped all the plastic coating off it, sorted the rust spots and should be getting it painted next week then im going to start putting some lights on the old girl, and of course a custom box for my hair straighteners before any one else mentions it.

Nice Mods.
What Nudge bar did you buy and how easy did you find it removing the bumper and fitting it all.
I;ve got one to fit too.

I'm inspired, love the walnut, I fitted a leather gear-lever gaiter from ebay, didn't have any clips on it so it's a floppy fit but looks ok.

This is the nudge bar now it's been stripped back to metal

Anyway I'm working away in a yard today, I'm a commercial fitter by the way, and I see this guy walking over to the bin and dumping a box in there, think nothing of it, finish my work, get in my van and it stinks of cheeseburgers, I had been on a maccy d's lunch break, so I get all the discarded wrappers and the half drunk paper cup of coke and drive over to the bin, open the lid and find the hail if the year I think! Pull the box out drive over to see the guy who hap just dumped it. "Do you want these mate?" I ask, "na have em there ****ed" This guy says. Here is what I found........

And the wiring is shot to **** but the girlfriends dad is a retired electrical engineer and is coming over Wednesday to rewire them and fit H3 12volt bulbs, could not resist a test fit, probably only need 3!

It's a genuine landrover one, expedition I think, I have to say it looks better fitted to a 3 door than a 5 door like mine, when I get a welder I'm going to make one I reckon

Ive added a stainless exhaust system, which looks great, but sadly sounds faintly like boy raced Corsa or Saxo. But I'll live with it!!
Carbon fibre air filter system.
Also perspex headlight covers, and black rear lamp guards...
Soft top ready for the summer....
Now all i need to do is make it go round corners, and stop properly!!
Great fun.
Cheers, Russ

Just been out and drilled some holes for the spot lights, new looms arrive next week courtesy of the girlfriends dad, thought I would post a few pictures

Its was all looking good until you put those spots on, sorry but they look real **** and would do on any car.

You know what I'm actually thinking the same, there a bit big and a bit blue! Might have a rethink on the spot lights, got some other bits and bobs jerry can which I'm painting green,
