Why did you not call us when the unit failed, we sold this unit over 5 months ago? Posting on here that it broke after 200 miles and we never responded to you?? Pick up the phone and call us.

I called the mobile number we took the order from you, to be answered by a fitter who now had you number, who then after speaking to his mate in the cab (I could hear the conversation) who said you had been sacked. I then spoke to the office directly who also said you did not work for them anymore! So what am I supposed to believe??????

If I pat someone £350 for something and it fails, I go back to them to get my money back or a replacement? Why would you do anything else?

Sorry one more thing, can you scan that letter you apperently recieved and stick it on here for all to see, because i dont think you did recieve a letter this week or last week or whatever, i sent you a letter 5 months ago and never heard anything, I left you an answerphone message last week but did not send any letter so would love to see it, Please do post it up here i think everyone including myself would love to read it. I wait for your reply

Hahhahaha! You just dig the hole deeper!!! I have just checked with the seceratary that she hadn't made a mistake and if you had left a message or a letter. She was adament it was a letter, so I am going to search through the dustbin tomorrow. Useful that the letter had no phone number on for further contact!!!

I don't normally get dragged into this sort of thing, and usually just write off a % as non returns but you have just got under my skinas you obviously had no intention of returning anything, which results in us having to push the price up for the honest folks!

Just spoken to Austen on the phone matter resolved, If anyone is thinking of using bell engineering please do not let my experience put them off as previously stated the reason i went to use them in the first place in because there reputation is good.

Just to add....
I bought a new VCU from Bell a few weeks ago, it turned up badly damaged by the courier.
Bell were excellent about it and had it repaired and back to me ASAP.
I like companies that try hard to resolve problems, Bell are one of these companies in my humble opinion.
I am not connected with Bell in any way other then being a happy customer.
