That IRD is not one of ours. To be honest that looks like the usual damaged caused when a tooth has sheared off, it then passes between the gears and forces them apart, cracking the casing.

If anyone has a problem with any of our goods, or anyone elses for that matter, first port of call should be a phone call to us/the sellers and give us a chance to rectify it. We always help our customers, and have even replaced items that have failed free of charge, even when its not actually our problem, just to keep our reputation!!!

I'm still shocked by this post! If you have a problem Mr Fulwell, please call us, i would be very happy to speak to you.

If your referring to "greenies tuning box thread", that K5ive bought. I'm certain it was proved that greenie isn't a thief, as the box he posted arrived in Spain, in a reasonable timeframe I might add.
So that post you made is utter bollox, just like the "that IRD looks like it's been on longer than 200miles", you stupid ****, how do you know how/where he/she drives? It could be that dirty from a few miles of driving off road!

I reckon this thread has been started to try create a reason not to pay, I would not be surprised if the unit in the picture is the first one that should have been returned, and I doubt he had any intention of ever paying the seposit or returning the unit due to the damage.

Hi sorry i have not replied quickly i was working at my job that i was sacked from apperently, anyway lets clear a few things up first of all,

number 1; The ird i was suppilied was for my girlfriends landrover not mine,

number 2; The ird i was suppilied was not the one in the pictures,

number 3; I in no way made any statments that were not true the IRD that bell engineering supplied me broke after 200 miles, however that is not to say that any other IRD that they supply would do the same

Number 4; the reason i choose bell engineering is because they had a good reputation, i guess i am just one of the unlucky ones.

Number 5; How am i a thief? I paid you several hundres pounds which you recieved and still have, but i have still had to pay several hundred pounds more to get my car working? Throwing insults around won't get you anywhere

number 6; I tried calling when i recieved the letter from Bell engineering last week and left an answerphone message, only to hear on there answerphone message that unfortunatly they were away on holiday, which is nice, i cant afford a holiday because i paid £350 for a shagged IRD and the had to cough up several hundred more for another one.

Number 7; Get the Debt collectors in mate, you wont get a penny after calling me a thief, cheeky bastard.
