hi all got the freelander last week, only wife drove it till now. there is no display on the radio(original landrover philips), where is the display usually

on the little gray strip above the numberd buttons if ive got the correct radio its a basic LCD screen

check its plugged in at the back of the stereo

it works fine just no screen. prob just renew it cheap enough nowadays

nah the lead from the stereo to the dash clock thing...make sure its conecting properly.....if not theres a thread on here about making them work again somewhere...do a search

thats what i wernt sure about the clock being the display, was going to look under the seats for it. cheers

some had displays with the clock on the dash, some had displays above the numbered buttons (eg philips c42)
