can anyone tell me if the dash out of a 05 freelander will fit into a 99 s reg????

any major problems involved in the swop???

Yes,it wont work - chalk and cheese.

course you can. phase 2 facelift was only cosmetic changes and not whole new car as in fl2...

No it wont, wiring is all different, instruments on the 05 car has a CAN network, early cars don't. it wont work unless you swap in all the ecu's and wiring with it.
