Hi I'm Tony
I have a 2011 Freelander 2 auto 2.2 my problems is when I am driving at about 30 miles an hour there is a jerking as if I am in to high a gear this also happens at 50 miles an hour to But when I let the accelerate off the jerking stops it only does this when accelerating slowly
I don't think it is the gearbox as the gears change OK
Would anyone have an answer for this

Manual or Auto, it could be throttle body, the plastic cogs inside can get chewed up.?

Either way when was the gearbox oil last changed maybe never?

It's auto box I have already changed the gearbox oil whats the best way to clean the the throttle bodyI thought it might be a sensor

First step should be diagnostic test see what codes come up and go from there, just trying to guess leads down to lots of false avenues.

If it does turn out to be the throttle body mechanism, cogs it's not just a case of cleaning it out, either a new throttle or a kit to repair.

Hold fire on buying parts until diagnosis.
