Im PXing my 2009 GS for a 62 plate one next weekend and would like to swap over my roof bars.. had a quick look today and it look like all the top trim stuck in the gutter has to come across also?... is it worth doing...

Ive seen some after market ones for sale on E-bay for £150?... are they any good??

Noticed they don't come with roof bars as standard - seems mean of LR. Not sure its an easy task, can you not negotiate a set for the new one?

Tried that... thats how I got these in the first place.. but I've done too gooder deal to get them this time!... but not nice to fit.. a lot of cutting trim and gutter covers etc?... OEM ones range from £250!...
They have also down spec'd the GS a lot... no auto lights, no auto wippers, no front fogs etc... but you do get leather as std now?... TBH Id rather have the other bits and cloth seats... but its these things I think are mean... they don't usualy remove things from a given model??...
