Hi everyone, was looking for some help from some technically minded folks. My 2007 td4 SE occasionally makes a "womp womp womp" noise coming from the N/S/R wheel. Seems to only be after it has stood in the rain. Only audible up to about 20mph and seems to go away after a drive with a bit of braking. It does seem to be louder when I turn to the right.

Any ideas? Is this a wheel bearing, or do you think my brakes are sticking over night?
Some people have mentioned a rear diff issue that can sound like a wheel bearing, but I've not noticed any other diff noises. But then again, there is a fair amount of road noise with the cheapo tyres the last owner fitted.

Any help gratefully appreciated. Love the car.

Cheers

Iain
