Undo as many screws as you need in the front offside wheel arch and lever the lining out, the pumps are behind it. My pump was still working and the fault was in the engine compartment. Follow the rubber tube down from the sprayer, you will see a plastic connector, this is a non return valve to stop the tube draining back to the bottle. Mine was totally blocked up, poking about with a needle cleared it. If memory serves, there are two pumps attached to the bottle, the nearest pump was for the front wipers on mine. My car is a 2006 TD4. I bought a new pump but didn’t need it. If your pump is goosed, you are welcome to it. Before opening the wheel arch, use your washer, if you can hear it running the chances are it is a blocked non return valve.
