Hi guys back again, got a white smoke issue.

Lots of white smoke when revved, gets really bad when driving. Then if you come back and let it sit it clears on idle but then after a short while it’s back when you rev it.

absolutely no change in power, it drives really well.

Im thinking turbo? Any ideas

White smoke is a sign of unburnt fuel, leaking injector maybe?
I thought turbo issue would more likely give black smoke.

Yeah probably but it doesn’t seam to clear, wouldn’t a leaky injector clear once running and up to temp

When mine did this it was the high pressure fuel pump blowing high pressure diesel straight into the crankcase and the engine chucking the excess fuel through.
If that is the case, beware that the engine can go into diesel runaway and not stop even with the ignition key out !!!
Be prepared to stall it if it does this. Quick !!!

That doesn’t sound good, it runs very smooth though. You wouldn’t even think anything is up if it wasn’t for the smoke

Same. Also the only way I confirmed the problem was to eliminate injectors, but, on reflection, I think the injectors would upset the performance.

Check oil level to see if it's increasing. If problem is with fuel pump leaking diesel into the engine make sure to change oil as it will be contaminated with diesel.
